1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Frequency by SoliVana ("the Service"), operated by Inner Light Wellness LLC DBA SoliVana Wellness ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Frequency by SoliVana is a wellness and entertainment platform, not a medical device or treatment. The audio programs we provide (binaural beats, Solfeggio frequencies, nature sounds, and brainwave entrainment compositions) are for general wellness, relaxation, and personal exploration purposes only.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or medical disorder. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a seizure disorder (including epilepsy), or are under medical care, consult your physician before using any frequency or audio entrainment program. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, or any adverse effects.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your dashboard or by emailing support@solivana.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds except where required by law.

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All audio compositions, software, branding, and content are owned by Inner Light Wellness LLC or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal use during an active subscription. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our audio programs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) interfere with Service operations; (d) scrape or systematically collect data; (e) share login credentials; or (f) use automated tools to access the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions regarding medical disclaimer, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner Light Wellness LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Some audio compositions and program descriptions on this platform are created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. All frequency values, research citations, and evidence ratings are verified by human curation. AI-generated content is clearly labeled where applicable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
